No scope no alternate

Very shocked can't forget . We were talking with a school teacher and her husband at that time two girls comes. Among them one is student of the teacher looks very cute and very lovely faces. On their discussion heard student telling with laughing faces that doctor given time, observed face of the teacher come fully dark. 

After gone both the girls teacher informed this cute girl are student in her school attacked by breast cancer and doctor already given time as have no scope to cure, just keeping kemo continue  for mental satisfaction like parents are doing something for her better.

She knows very well time is very short for her need to be left but can't possible to  realise looking on her faces, there have no tension ,how looks beautiful and was smiling full faces with very cute.

Since then can't forget that face and thinking how uncertain a little moment we are staying here ,any moment switch will off there have no scope ,no alternate.
