Miss you with a respect

Now a days observing motivational speech are becomes very popular. I observed few one which not attracted me and not  feel interested to go through more and more. Because observed maximum speaker are employee  somehow established in life, became landlord, taking service of  most  luxurious car, may have good amount in  bank balance no doubt. But not able to provide job anyone in their own Organization as employer . They have no product which can serve for human necessities except selling lip service and dreams  nothing else. Their speech inspire to  be a greedy and jealousy man. They are advising how to earn money, how to ensure early lift in the job. They are advising  base on their success. Because they have succeeded for which is they are getting sufficient money , if get more , they may switch existing organization without any hesitation . Yesterday were engaged to promote items of leaver brothers, after getting more benefit tomorrow start  to promote the same items of Johnsons company like as a character of non development  Asian countries  political leaders.

I feel much comfort to take lesson from challenging story of the man who spend his blood and sweat in his tender age to build himself and succeeded. Once he was worker of the organization, now he is providing job to others as an owner of the organization. His speech may inspire every one to be a man of morality, man of sincerity man of dignity. The employee ,speaker  can't do so. He is not teaching how to be a man, how to be a honest ,how to be acquired and practices human behavior in own life, how to be respect each others , how to be respect  colleagues whatever they are junior or senior. They can't advise how to get high morality, in their speech nothing how to prepare man of personalities. There have nothing in speech how to reduce social crimes, how to build co-cordiality among  the family members. There have no lesson how to be a patriot.

Thus, followers of motivational speaker as employee   all are acting everywhere to highlight own faces, realism nothing there looks all are fabricated as a actor and actress.  These people have no time to looks their colleagues, not interested to take hand of others to save or encourage . Their target to get more and more lift and  money for own only.

May be bad luck for me that I have not gotten good man or good speaker or no attraction on such motivational speech. But  observed for own success, man how to lose morality and personality. Experienced  in the meeting how junior Officer told with shouting to the head of the branch office that you are “Idiot you are stupid”. Lack of morality and personalities head of the branch were laughing and finally  completed the meeting looks fine as a man of successful. Because he wants to keep the chair to earn money.

My believe every one in service  should keep in mind all the colleagues are the member of one family. Must be grown strong cordiality among all. Should try to understand difference between dominating and coordinating .If any one expect to get lift in his organization, he should keep up next one from his colleagues base on seniority for his leaving post without any conspiracy or jealousy. Fact is that in maximum cases man  are not leaving the  organizations but bound to leave his boss. Successful is that after leaving no need all even if single one feel your absence - miss you with a respect.
