As a nation we may feel proud that
we came in digital era. We have decorated our country capital with Fly over,
going to establish Metro Rail Service, going to prepare biggest Padma bridge
with our own resource, almost student are getting GPA-5, our reserve fund
is now highest, Our Minister are getting various prizes from different
organisation for their performance on respective job, people's buying capacity
increased ,our economic growth is rising day by day. What are more
required for the country ?
Every thing of above are correct so
far but we have lost our human manner, lost of faith on political leader, law
enforcement agency because of after arrest and taken from home found dead body
later on, some were hide whether they will come home or not that is completely
uncertain, arms are available in the hand of criminals none think as safe even
also child of the mother womb. The money from bank taken away but none
convicted, Woman are not safe , in any time they may rape in her any age. Those
are living big city not getting public service properly , gas line have no
required pressure , water supplying are dirty with bed smell , Polices can
arrest public any time but before arresting MP/Public Servant then need
prior permission from the dept. In govt service and university admission
imposed quota system, why this difference in one country where in
constitutionally declared each and every one are equal right.
Few days back we have heard the gang
rape news of Mother and daughter at Bogura. All criminal not yet arrested but
we found another news now victims is school teacher who were gang raped at her
class room when she was checking examine sheet of class student. Not only that
,her husband were come to receive her then criminal were tortured him with
binding in another room. As per news doctor reported that they have found no
evidence as teacher have been rapped but found some spot on the body by which
assumed they were tried to rape. How funny the report where victims are married
and she confirmed they were rapped her,but what is that power in criminal hand
which can able to change every thing ? The two cases all the criminal are
well-known locally active with ruling party.
Last few days public are in very
anxiety due to flood in different districts of the country. Price of essential
items hike day to day. People of flood affected area passing very hard day.
There have shortages of food, drinking water even somewhere difficult to bury
after death because everywhere are under water. Then we are Public who
are in good condition, observing on the issue of observation on 16th amendment
by court . Judge, Barrister,MP, various leaders are exchanging their views on
different way some are sour, some are hot with threat even some were given
ultimatum to resign of Chief Justice. As a lay man no idea what is wrong and
what is right which were delivered from various corner but it is possible to
understand that every one cross their limitations , should take more care
before passing comment to the Honourable Chair . Some were delivered few
comments believe he didn't capable to find out the difference between what is
his own status and status to whom he commented .May be time is digital so we
are going to forget our social norms, courtesy ,to respect each other. This is
very shameful for any civilised nation.
On checking in google what is
constitution found constitution is some rules set of the country which
regulating the power of the Government and the right and duties of the
citizen. Not gone in deep for excess knowledge which might be a caused of
misguide me,betters try to think on the right of the citizen.On thinking with
unproductive mind found that our country is not working properly for the
people.Peoples moral right are fooding, accommodation, safety , health and
education with also freedom for which 30 lac heroes of the country were
dedicated their life. Question comes in mind why need the Government? If that
can't punish the criminal , if that not able to safe our life , if that not
able to stop the hiding, Killing, if that not able to safe our mother,sister
and daughter from rapist, if that not able to stop all types of crime, if that
not bound the country to give service properly to the public for which public
are paying taxes. Then why need to clash for this constitution which have
amended several times by the each and every democratic and military
rulers for their own interest to keep stay long days on power not for the
public , not for the country.
We may remember that in the year
1993 after re-election at Mirpur, Dhaka present PM was then opposition leader
who demanded for free and fair election there need only care taker government
but then PM was Khaleda Zia not agreed and was told there have no neutral
person except mad and child.But after Magura Election Awami league, Jatio
Party, Jamat with others (Then there were no problem to get together with Jamat
and dictator Ershad) were jointly pressurised with day long Hartal lastly BNP
arranged election on 15th February 1996 . Elected without voter and passed bill
of Care Taker Government. But tragedy is that later on during in power AL, the
court headed by Chief Justice Khairul Haq ruled against care taker government
and given few observation in section 13th then the original planner care taker
government nothing made objection rather appreciated on that Rule. BNP was
against this rule and in the year 2014 boycotted National Election on demand of
care taker Government and still they are demanding but Ruling Awami League are not
interested to return back.
Now all are so much busy on the
above issue and after commented by anyone , reply is like keep ready delivering
with out any delay for which problem is not solving rather fuelling on this
critical issue. Observing those are think as great intellectuals of the country
are keeping silent.We are the public also so far not interested to look such
political game . We need to take proactive action by the government for the
flood affected people around the country with food ,water , money every thing
which are require to save their life as per right of citizen and the duties of
the government on priority basis. Need guarantee of natural death not hiding or
crossfire. Need to ensure public service for which we are paying taxes.
So all are requesting to stop the
marathon speech in practical who have no responsibility or ability. But those
have responsibility and ability if any scope try to solve this issue with legal
way not bring it on the road as the public already in afraid and try to
find out the cause what is the reason behind this sparking before coming
national election. If you put your ear there is possible to hear the whispering
every where . If this continue there have much possibility to collapse all the
govt . Dept. as all will feel in secured to do the work which may cause fall of
law and order situation and also hamper the growth of the country.
