It is really very sad when honourable PM declared with attended in JS Assembly to abolish all quota on the basis of demonstration by the student across the country to reform present quota in government service. A committee was formed to take necessary steps to establish declaration. Several times ,several powerful ministers and party leaders also ensured to establish the commitment of our honourable PM. Several time also declared but not published gagged as yet.
Due to delay of issued gagged student may demonstrate peacefully to early implementation of honourable PM's declaration as per democratic rights of citizen of the republic. Nobody even law enforcement agency have no right to beat them lavishly for Hospitalised until that demonstration go on violent. But we observed with great sorrow that the members of Honourable PM's party student wings illegally beaten leader of quota reformist student mercilessly on preparation of addressing to the journalist in university premises. As a result they have taken to hospital with critical condition. Think this is completely dishonored to their leader and thus head of the state willingness of implement her declaration thrown under the question.
It is not clear what reason behind , some leader of ruling party,so called intellectual playing mouse cat game with the student on the issue of reform quota from the beginning. They are trying to divide the nation on the issue of Freedom Fighter quota. But their demand for reform all quota on the basis of our present social environment. After forty-eight year quota of freedom fighter is not for them but for their children and expanded now for grand son and daughter.
If government realised the reality and sentiment of majority people why taking long time for implementation of Honourable PM's declaration and irresponsible comment throwing from various corner like oil on fire not clear at all.
It is true as like a day light there have no question about freedom fighter. They are hero of the nation, hero of the country . But as a kids of freedom fighter I can only feel proud as a son as a daughter of a hero nothing else . Because, I have no personal contribution for the country for the nation at all. If I am disabled, if I am beggar then state may take it under kind consideration but I have no right at all to enjoy all the benefit of the state. Before demand of benefit as a kids of Freedom Fighter should think prior what have done by the state for the kids of thirty lacs shahid family who have lost their father /mother during our liberation war. What will be asking by them who were suffered long nine months inside territory, given shelter , provided fooding, information, also available logistics supplied to the freedom fighter with full risk of life, lost wealth lost relatives. Yes have demand if I am war baby I think state should take all my responsibility, as this is my right.
Logically question also come in front after forty-eight years , still we are deleting and adding name of Freedom Fighters on the basis of choice of ruling party when those are in power. If state unable to confirm who is actual then why we are putting honour of Freedom Fighter under question with measuring their dedication with money and bracketed with quota which are mostly benefited city based educated, financially very sound and fully capable cunning and fake one with changing colour time to time? Few month back nation came to know from media that few secretary retired from their job after availing all facilities of the state using fake certificate of Freedom fighter.
We hope again PM will come in front to pull the reins of her student wings those are taken law in their hand and brutally acted on quota reformist general student immediately to keep education sector/country quite peacefully to continue her development plan. We also hope concerned will be advised to implement her declaration immediately with out counting present quota beneficiary as a vote bank for the coming election. We also hope all leader of all trade, human activities, to think twice what they are want for the future of our independent Bangladesh ? Whether they want to left behind for our next generation a peaceful country or a dead valley with a barbaric nation which symbol we are observing on the street ? This is very sad for the nation as our predecessor were not dedicated their wealth and life during liberation war 1971 to see this situation. Praying to Almighty Allah for give us shelter under his blessing and safe us from any inhuman unsocial activities.
